These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Grabioz websites, apps, supplier onboarding forms, grocery ordering, subscriptions, salon or local service booking, and related services.
These terms are a general template for the current Grabioz product. They should be reviewed by legal counsel before being treated as final legal terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Grabioz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any additional terms shown during checkout, booking, subscription creation, supplier onboarding, or promotions.
2. About Grabioz
Grabioz is a local marketplace that helps customers discover nearby suppliers, order groceries or dairy products, manage eligible subscriptions, and book local services such as salon appointments. Suppliers are responsible for the goods, services, catalog information, availability, pricing, and fulfillment they provide through the platform.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, booking a service, or registering as a supplier. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your phone, device, and session access secure.
4. Customer orders and bookings
- Product availability, service availability, prices, taxes, delivery charges, and time slots may change until an order or booking is confirmed.
- Orders and bookings may be cancelled or rejected if payment fails, inventory is unavailable, the location is not serviceable, supplier capacity changes, or there is suspected misuse.
- Estimated delivery and appointment times are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, contact details, and booking information.
5. Subscriptions
Grabioz may allow recurring grocery or dairy subscriptions. Subscription cadence, products, quantities, delivery windows, payment method, pause/resume options, and cancellation rules will be shown in the app where available. Subscription orders depend on supplier inventory and serviceability for each scheduled delivery.
6. Payments
Payments may be collected through supported methods such as UPI, cash on delivery, or other methods shown in the app. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Grabioz does not store full card details. Payment success, refund status, and settlement timing may depend on banks, payment providers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
7. Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers using Grabioz must provide accurate business, branch, catalog, pricing, tax, license, certification, inventory, slot, and serviceability information. Suppliers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, food safety rules, trade licenses, tax obligations, employment obligations, service quality, and customer fulfillment commitments.
8. Prohibited use
You must not misuse Grabioz, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, scrape or copy platform data without permission, impersonate another person or business, abuse refunds, harass users or suppliers, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
9. Content and intellectual property
Grabioz branding, design, software, content, and platform materials are owned by Grabioz or its licensors. Users and suppliers may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit these materials except as permitted by Grabioz in writing.
Suppliers grant Grabioz permission to display submitted business names, logos, product images, service descriptions, prices, ratings, and related content for operating and promoting the marketplace.
10. Third-party services
Grabioz may rely on third-party providers for payments, OTPs, maps, delivery, hosting, analytics, support, and other services. Their availability and terms may affect your use of Grabioz.
11. Disclaimers
Grabioz aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact delivery timing, supplier performance, or continuous availability of any product or service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grabioz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Grabioz after updates means you accept the updated terms.
